Terms for GÖ.AI membership, travel coordination, Treasury, and enterprise experiences.
Agreement and service status
These terms apply to GÖ.AI websites and services offered by GO Corporate & Executive LSP, LLC, subject to any separate signed enterprise agreement, order form, or supplier terms. GÖ.AI is evolving; preview and beta capabilities, including automated booking, intelligence, and voice functions, may be limited or unavailable. Users must be legally able to enter the relevant agreement and provide accurate information.
Membership and Founding 100 pilot
GÖ.AI has proposed a Founding 100 pilot model of $50 per month plus a 3% booking fee. This describes a proposed pilot commercial structure, not a guarantee that a particular customer has enrolled or that all services use those rates. Only the price, billing frequency, fees, trial terms, and cancellation conditions actually presented and accepted at checkout or in a signed agreement govern a purchase. Enterprise plans may be separately negotiated.
Booking, authorizations, and settlement
Travel options, fares, inventory, and provider conditions can change before confirmation. A displayed itinerary, successful payment authorization, payment capture, or GÖ.AI booking request is not itself evidence of a supplier-issued booking. A reservation is confirmed only when the relevant provider returns an authoritative confirmation or ticket/order reference. Stripe payment processing and provider booking execution are separate operations; if booking fails after payment activity, contact support for reconciliation and any applicable reversal or refund.
Cancellations, refunds, and disputes
Refunds, exchanges, cancellation penalties, no-show rules, and schedule changes may depend on the supplier, fare or rate purchased, transaction status, applicable law, and any separately disclosed GÖ.AI fee policy. A booking fee is not automatically refundable unless the applicable offer or law provides otherwise. Contact support promptly for discrepancies. Nothing here limits non-waivable statutory rights.
Treasury and connected financial accounts
Treasury features may support payment records, receipts, expenses, policy review, and reconciliation. Where available, financial account connections through Plaid require appropriate user authorization and may be governed by additional provider terms. GÖ.AI is not a bank and does not provide deposit insurance or individualized financial, tax, or legal advice through these features.
Enterprise accounts, policy, and duty of care
Organizations are responsible for designating authorized administrators, establishing travel policies, obtaining appropriate employee notices and consents, and managing role-based access. Duty-of-care intelligence and traveler monitoring are decision-support tools, not a guarantee of traveler safety or a replacement for an employer's legal obligations or emergency-response plans. Specific service levels, confidentiality, data handling, and support commitments require a separate enterprise agreement.
AI recommendations, availability, and third parties
Automated travel recommendations, schedules, risk indicators, voice responses, and disruption forecasts may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed. Users should verify material information with carriers, providers, and official authorities. Travel suppliers and payment, mapping, flight-data, AI, and cloud providers operate under their own terms and may change availability or functionality.
Security and permitted use
Users must protect their accounts, avoid unauthorized access or interference, and use the service lawfully. No public statement here guarantees a particular certification, security control, uptime level, encryption implementation, or data residency; any binding assurance must be expressly stated in an applicable agreement.
Changes, warranties, and contact
To the extent permitted by applicable law, beta features and informational content are provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.
